Return Policy
1. For any items or products that arrive at your door and are damaged in some way please send an email to Support@WiccanElements.com for a return address. You will either be credited for your order or a replacement will be sent back to you if it is in stock.
2. We do require for all customers who return products and merchandise to pay for the shipping, other than that there is no cost to you.
3. All products must be returned in the original packaging and be in saleable condition. Partially used products will not be credited. If we do not receive the merchandise or if it is damaged, we will not issue a refund or credit.

Ordering Guidelines
1. All orders must be checked within 24 hours of receipt so that any discrepancies may be addressed.
2. Due to the volatile nature of the essential oils market, price commitment is made on the placement of order only. We shall do our best to keep our website updated on a daily basis.
3. Once an order has been confirmed we will not accept any additions or deletions. Should you wish to have any item removed after the order has been packed, a restocking fee will be applied to cover the cost of removing the item(s) and repacking the order. The fee will be $5.00 or 20% of the cost of the items removed, whichever is the greater amount. Any additions will be treated as a new order with all applicable guidelines. Please ensure that all orders are accurate prior to finalizing.

Shipping
1. Our default shipping agents are USPS and Canada Post.
2. Wiccan Elements takes no responsibility for any loss, damages, or delay that may occur. Similarly, we must be notified should additional insurance be required (email Support@WiccanElements .com with request). Without notification we ship products without insurance.
3. Most of our products at this time come from our US warehouse and may or may not require the customer to pay duty fees.
4. Orders can possibly be shipped the same day as when they are placed as long as the products are on hand in our suppliers warehouse. If the product is not on hand, or they need to order more quantity to fulfill an order then orders can take 3-7 business days before they leave the doors.
5. Back orders, though rare, are not automatically shipped. Regular ordering policies will apply on arrival of stock.
6. For environmental reasons, packing slips will not be shipped with any order. Customers are encouraged to use the emailed invoice as a guide instead.
7. Actual shipping times can vary from 3 - 20 business days depending on destination.
*** Due to the size of some of our products, we reserve the right to contact you after an order and tell you the actual shipping cost to ship your products. You will then have the choice to pay the additional shipping fee or you can cancel your order and we will issue you a refund for the total price of the purchase.

Order Cancellations
Because our orders are processed so quickly, orders cancelled after they have been filled will be charged a 20% restocking fee. The actual amount of time will vary depending upon the season, but in most cases the order will have undergone processing in less than three hours.
